Trousdale School is seeking an experienced individual to assist the organization as we are pursuing growth in both our student body and our fundraising efforts. Interested individuals should send a resume and cover letter to the email below. Some of the qualifications include:
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, virtual meeting platforms, QuickBooks Online, Canva (or be willing to learn quickly).
- Associate degree or higher
- Minimum three years of experience or a combination of education and experience that is deemed to be equivalent.
- Confidentiality and professionalism are required. Must handle sensitive information with discretion and uphold the organization’s standards.
- Exceptional writing, grammar, and editing skills in spoken and written word.
- Versatile communication skills – must be comfortable with all forms of communication, including making and receiving phone calls, emails, texts, and group messaging platforms. Must be able to adapt to others’ communication preferences.
- Nonprofit experience preferred.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping (or be willing to learn quickly).
- Ability to conduct research.
- Ability to maintain strong interpersonal skills, including emotional intelligence and etiquette.
