As a Syrup Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing and mixing syrup batches according to company recipes and standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mix ingredients according to specific recipes to create syrup batches.
- Operate and maintain syrup mixing equipment and machinery.
- Monitor the syrup production process to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine quality checks and adjust ingredients as necessary to meet product specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of ingredient usage, batch numbers, and production quantities.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
- Clean and sanitize mixing equipment and work area to maintain hygiene standards

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
- Ability to follow detailed recipes and production instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting ingredient quantities.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
