HVAC Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for cleaning, observing, maintaining heating and air conditioning systems. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and bonus opportunities. 

Responsibilities: 
-Maintain and repair HVAC systems including heating, cooling, and refrigeration units
- Conduct inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems as needed
- Perform routine cleaning and filter replacement to ensure optimal system performance as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times

Qualifications: 
- Working knowledge of HVAC/R systems and components (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools effectively (required)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (required)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail (required)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team (required)
- EPA refrigerant certification or license in HVAC (preferred)
- The applicant MUST be well-groomed, present themselves professionally as the representative of the company, and demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding high standards when interacting with customers

Expected Hours: 40 per week
