As an independent agent, you'll have the freedom to build your own book of business while representing one of the nation's leading insurance brokerages. You'll help individuals, families, and seniors find personalized Health, Medicare, Life, and Supplemental Insurance solutions that fit their needs and budget.

Whether you're already licensed or looking for a career change, we'll provide the training, technology, and support you need to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with individuals and families to evaluate their insurance needs
• Educate clients on Health, Medicare, Life, and Supplemental Insurance options
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community involvement, and marketing
• Follow up with leads and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain compliance with state licensing and carrier requirements

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and people skills
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong work ethic and integrity
• Comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Sales or customer service experience preferred
• Tennessee Health & Life Insurance License preferred (licensing assistance available for qualified candidates)
