DPM Surface Care | Field Service Manager - Floor Care Technician

Role:
Field Service Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Must Haves:
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Flexible Schedule - Available Saturdays and evenings/nights
- Pre-employment drug screening - must pass a drug screening test before beginning employment
- Ability to bend, squat, and pick up items weighing 75 lbs
- Invested – wants to be with DPM long-term
- Has a Smart Phone – is proficient with mobile technology (For work orders & timekeeping)
- Professional appearance & demeanor
- Speaks English

Duties:
- Operate carpet cleaning machines
- Operate floor cleaning/burnishing machines
- Log time and materials accurately on mobile work orders using Service Fusion
- Work with team members to provide 100% customer satisfaction
- Load, unload, and clean equipment/company vehicles after every Job
- Drive company vehicles (must have valid driver's license)
- Communicate with onsite contact
- Clean and organize the warehouse

Work Hours:
- 80% of our work occurs in the evening and some Saturday's
- 20% of our work is day shifts
- Sundays always off

Training, Procedures, Scheduling - Report to Branch Manager & Operations Manager

You must have the desire to serve your team members and the customer while having high expectations of organization and cleanliness. You must also enjoy working the evening shift and working with your hands. This includes wanting to arrive early to review work orders and prepare for the job, problem-solving on site, communicating extra details, and staying later than expected when unforeseen circumstances arise.
