Description
Civitan is a service organization with the sole mission of giving a better quality of life for the intellectually and developmentally challenged members of the Cleveland/Bradley area and surrounding counties of Southeast Tennessee. We sponsor the Bradley County Special Olympics every spring and give financial support to the classrooms of those with special needs. We also support a local scholarship at Cleveland State Community College for any person with an intellectual or developmental challenge. The club meets weekly to hear local community leaders/speakers and club business.
