DESCRIPTION:COVID-19 has been the 2020 curve ball that no one saw coming. In a span of days the nation shifted from business as usual to a new\, uncertain normal that few were prepared for. Many businesses were forced to close their doors\, lay off their employees and ultimately cease operations for an indefinite amount of time. Those that could remain open either sent their employees home to work remotely OR asked them to continue in their role even as questions piled up faster than answers. Now\, as the conversation shifts to reopening the economy and we prepare to move our workforce back to "business as usual" the goal is to emerge strategically and to take purposeful action that will set our teams up for success moving forward. Learning Objectives: Accept that our current reality has chanced and that each person has lived through a different experience.
