But it's the only way to get where we need to go. The future will be created by fearless\, innovative leaders who have the courage . . . to SHIFT. \n\nLeadercast  will challenge\, inspire and encourage local leaders as they improve their leadership skills and network with other leaders from across Cleveland and Bradley County. Also\, breakfast and lunch are included perfect for networking with colleagues and the leaders you've just met.\n\n\n\nIn light of possible COVID-19 concerns we are reducing the number of corporate tables and offering social distanced stadium seating.
